Welcome to our website. Birmingham Flames is a well established gymnastics club.It is a gymnastics club for girls from the age of 3 upwards and for boys between the ages of 3 and 7.We welcome all aspiring gymnasts from the age of 3 years. Boys who wish to continue after the age of 7 are guided towards specialist boys clubs in the area. Girls either continues as a recreational gymnast or if selected progress on to the competition squad for whom there are additional training sessions.
